- क्या वेल्डिंग के बाद यह विकृत हो जाएगा?
- हाँ — स्टेनलेस की तापीय चालकता कम और संकुचन अधिक होता है। फिक्स्चर के साथ संतुलित, स्टैगर्ड वेल्डिंग सामान्य तरीका है; दिखने वाले भागों को वेल्डिंग के बाद सीधा करने या मशीनिंग की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
- क्या वेल्डिंग के बाद पिकलिंग आवश्यक है?
- अनुशंसित। वेल्डिंग निष्क्रिय परत को नष्ट कर देती है और ताप रंग छोड़ देती है; पिकलिंग और पैसिवेशन संक्षारण प्रतिरोध बहाल करता है, विशेष रूप से 316L और डुप्लेक्स पर।
